Overview

With the Kitsumon project, we are taking a look at the future of NFT P2E gaming, as the experienced team has managed to build a lifelike, sprawling ecosystem with interesting mechanics, deeps and complex gameplay interaction, satisfying social aspects to fill, and, more importantly, a lot of real-world value to be found by simply interacting with the game world. We are very positive about Kitsumon status as a future giant, and we look forward to seeing their evolution. 

Challenge

With Kitsumon scope, one of the main challenges to absolutely overcome is the reach factor. Identifying and preparing targeted campaigns to precisely interest the audience that the project needs is a key for the initial growth, while the technology necessary to bring to life the Kitsumon world is also nothing to scoff at. Initial funding for the project is a necessity, and while there is no shortage of interested partners, the grand presence of the Kitsu team and the amount of content packed in their project requires a lot of commitment. 

Solution

Multiple targeted campaigns, from B2B to B2C and community targeting, are necessary to grab the attention of the people that could make a difference in Kitsumon integration. With the Synapse VC fund and Synapse’s launchpad behind the initial efforts, Kitsumon’s growing pains are easily handled, and the advisory team working together on the roadmap integration, long term campaigns, and multiple aspects of tokenomics and tech introduction takes care of the transition to the mainnet integrations and further scaling of the project scope.

Implementation

With Synapse being a long term supporter of the team, we knew that the initial phases of the project would be a breeze in terms of logistics. With the Synapse VC fund’s early help and the Synapse Launchpad’s subsequent aid, a total of $400k were raised for Kitsumon growth, split between their Private sale, IDO launch and INO launch.

With the initial funds secured, the Synapse team moved to implement their technological solutions with the Kitsumon team, which let them focus on building the core of their game, as Synapse introduced multiple plans for staking, vesting and antibot solutions. 

Both teams are very pleased by this collaboration, and the best successes need to be attributed to the combined efforts of the Synapse advisory team with Kitsumon core members, which are looking to continue this collaboration with the next phases of Kitsumon growth, and Synapse is more than happy to keep focusing on solving the logistical and infrastructural issues to let Kitsumon bring to life their amazing world.
